Standard Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply: -

1. Resources are copyright to WyEd :: education and communication consultancy but can be reproduced freely by schools within Local Education Authorities which have purchased access for their schools. If LEAs have not purchased this individual schools can purchase their own access. Teaching plans are available as Word documents and can be freely adapted or amended. Changes to pdf files require written permission of WyEd.
2. Additional facilities including advice and support are provided as free extras and may be withdrawn without notice at any time
3. Usernames and passwords are provided for individual schools for a period of three years. After this a further charge may be levied for continued use to allow further development. Accounts may be terminated if the above copyright is suspected of being abused.
4. If you would like access to the resources for a limited period before deciding whether or not to purchase please email us. Pages may be downloaded and printed for evaluation but must not be used in schools without purchasing them. Use without purchase constitutes an infringement of copyright.
